grief practice as spiritual hygiene
-
Spiritual hygiene is something I had to learn the hard way. Over the past 22 years, I’ve actively learned how to navigate my own hypersensitivity. I’ve gotten pretty good at energetic and spiritual protection, and I would like to share what I’ve learned. I’m not an expert, and the concept of “spiritual hygiene” is widespread among spiritual people. This is a popular education style, lateral learning space. I will share what I’ve learned, and we will also source learning from the group.

This workshop is for anyone alive right now who would like to stay in their own body while navigating incessant collective crises and traumas. It may be especially helpful if you often feel drained after interacting with people or consuming media. If you have a hard time putting yourself first or honoring your own boundaries, you may also find this content helpful.

I will record this ritual-workshop, but please do not register for live attendance to receive the recording. If you are not able to attend live but want to receive the recording, please wait until after the workshop has taken place. At that time I will post the recording for purchase.

“It was so deeply profound and moving for me to allow and experience my own grieving in this way, but also to bear witness [to others]. I am so deeply moved. And I have never witnessed someone with such a massive capacity to hold space for others.”
– virtual grief ritual attendee, 2020
