How It Works
Fill out my application form to help me understand your orientation and needs. Hear back from me via email to potentially set up an introductory conversation that will answer both of our questions and establish a schedule and payment plan. Show up for your sessions and be held with care and content customized to your needs.
Multiple Sessions For Deeper Support
This offering is an evolution of a previous offering that offered one session of grief support. Expanding that to 3 or 5 75-minute sessions allows for more abundant support at a slower pace.
Specific To Your Needs
Do you need space to grieve, support bringing grief up, someone to talk to about it, creative practice space for processing, or something else? I will design a process that meets you exactly where you are.
Become A Skilled Griever
All grievers will experience at least one session that is a guided somatic grief ritual. My goal is to support you to establish or deepen your own somatic grief ritual practice; we will do it together to make sure you’ve got it.
Leave With Tools That Carry You Forward
My digital grief care kit will remind you of your strengths and points of growth from our time together while also providing you with a reference guide to keep your practice alive and steady.
